Accommodation charge is subject to change depending on your duration of stay and the number of people.

Rent is 55,000yen for one person. You will receive a discount of 1,000yen every month for a maximum discount of 5,000yen.
After Six months and every following month, rent will be 50,000yen.

Special discounts available!
For example someone staying for 7 months will pay 55,000yen for the first month, 54,000yen for the second month, 53,000yen for the third month, 52,000yen for the fourth month, 51,000yen for the fifth month, 50,000yen for the sixth and the seventh month.

Security Deposit
There is a security deposit of 10,000 yen per person.
The deposit is to be paid at the time of reservation or check-in.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay unless you violate our terms and condition.

Other service charges and tax are include in the accommodation charge.
Internet Access
You get free internet access(LAN cable) in each room. There is no set-up fee(Free).
However we do not provide computers. Please bring your own.
If you wish to use more than 2 PCs in a room, we require 1,000yen for a swiching hub rental fee.
