We don’t accept a reservation which is for further than 1 month.
If you wish to check in further than 1 month, you can be on the waiting list.
If you are on the list, we will let you know when there is a room available. If you wish to be on the list, please let us know by phone or email.
*However, we may not be able to accommodate your wishes due to room availability even if you are on the list.

*Please pay a security deposit (10,000yen/person) by cash or bank transfer in advance.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.
However the deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your reservation.

*If you would like a tour of our facility prior to making a reservation, please contact us via email or phone.

*You may make a reservation at the end of a tour by paying the security deposit on the spot.
(But we accept reservations from up to a month prior to the day you intend to begin your stay.)

*Security deposit is 10,000 yen per person. This will be refunded at the end of your stay unless you violate our terms and conditions.

*If you are planning on checking-in immediately after a tour, please bring an ID (passport, foreigner's registration card), security deposi and accommodation charge.

*Please make sure to bring an ID (driver's license, passport, foreigner's registration card).

*You must agree to our terms and conditions in the contract before signing it.

*Your accommodation charge must be paid in cash before checking-in. We accept cash only. We will not accept traveler's check or credit card.

*You will be given a key to your room at the end of check-in process.

*Please let us know as soon as you decide to check-out.

*Please also let us know your departure date. Check out time is 11 am.

*At check-out, your key must be returned and we will refund your deposit in exchange.
