Special Discount available
If you sign up for 3 or 6 months at the time of check-in, we will deduct 3,000 or 5,000 yen from your rent every month.
For Example, if you stay in the cheapest apartment, the rent will be 53,000yen after you get the discount!!
No key money or guarantor required.
Other expenses/fees
Security Deposit
There is a security deposit of 10,000 yen per person. The deposit is to be paid at the time of reservation or check-in. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay unless you violate our terms and conditions.
Water/Electricity/Gas Bill
Water is included in the accommodation charge. We will bill you for electricity and gas.

Other service charges and taxes
Other service charges and taxes are include in the accommodation charge.
Internet Access
You get free internet access(LAN cable) in each room.
There is no set-up fee(Free).
